Satpal (aka Sati) is a seasoned recruitment professional, with over 20 years’ experience of recruiting within the insurance sector. At Star, she is one of our non-life specialists and prides herself on being a trusted advisor to both her clients and candidates.

Biography

Sati graduated from London Metropolitan University with a degree in Accountancy and Business Information Technology.

She started her career in 2002 as a Researcher for Cameron Kennedy before joining High Finance Group whilst they were in their start-up phase. Sati developed various practice areas within the insurance market place before building and training their headhunting team across all disciplines, including actuarial. 

In 2015, Satpal joined Arthur Financial and successfully established their actuarial offering in the non-life insurance space. Sati then joined Star in 2017 and continues her role as a non-life insurance specialist.
