    Major global reinsurer has an exciting role for a qualified GI actuary with strong pricing expertise in UK Household propositions risk pricing to lead the pricing development on a completely new Household product, with responsibilities for implementing pricing pre-launch as well as delivering a pricing solution for a successful back book migration. 

    In this highly visible role, you will develop, review and validate pricing for new product release (day one pricing). including finalising pricing structures.

    In addition, you will monitor the performance of the books once live, including performing rate reviews and assisting with the reserving process and reconciliation to Group level figures.

    With excellent modelling skills and confidence in leading a large modelling exercise, the successful candidate will possess hands-on new product design and launch experience, as well as post-live monitoring.

    Experience in Personal Lines street pricing and retail price optimisation alongside programming skills from a modelling perspective (e.g. R, SAS, SQL, Python, Power BI) would be desirable.
