Our client is seeking a part-qualified life actuary with an in depth understanding of the actuarial function including reporting requirements and processes to assist in office experience analysis and the setting of actuarial assumptions.
In this excellent career-development opportuniy, you will prepare and complete calculations for determining the measurement of reserves, economic value, solvency and capital, surplus, new business profit, and company forecasts on a regular basis.
You will also assist in the review and maintenance of actuarial models, identifying shortcomings for possible development, and implementing changes as advised by the senior actuaries.
Strong systems and computer skills including Excel, Prophet, Word, Access essential.
