Looking for a highly experienced defined contribution specialist to head up a DC Pensions and benefits consulting team in the South. You will develop the core DC offering and be part of the national pension senior management team, possessing at least 10 years’ experience and already an expert in one of the following;
With a track record of new business development, you will be a senior leader in your current / most recent organisation.
As a senior member of the Pensions leadership team, the Head of DC Pensions ( South ) will provide direction across the south of England, developing a growth strategy focused on developing internal and external new business.
You will also be responsible for executing the agreed business goals and, in addition to maintaining and developing your own clients, provide input and guidance across a wider portfolio. Your key deliverables will also include staff management, recruitment and developing new business.
