In this key role, you will lead the development and execution of business transformation strategies for insurance clients.

Identifying operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks within insurance processes, you will also implement streamlined workflows, automation, and digitization to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

In addition, you will evaluate emerging technologies (such as AI, blockchain, and IoT) for their impact on insurance operations, collaborating with IT teams to implement digital solutions that enhance underwriting, claims processing, and risk management.

The successful candidate will possess consulting experience and/or experience in a leading role in an insurance company in the P&C (Retail or commercial) line of business.

Extensive knowledge about the Swiss Insurance Market is also required, as is fluency in English and German.
