Star Actuarial, on behalf of a major consultancy, is seeking a part-qualified pensions actuary to come in and hit the ground running!

In this exciting and diverse career opportunity, you will provide strategic planning and risk management advice to a range of clients, with a view to them achieving self-sufficiency or buy-out/endgame options.

You will also deliver strategic funding advice to sponsors as well as advice on compliance with the DB funding code.

In addition, you will assist clients with pension due diligence on mergers and acquisitions alongside benefit change, benefit design and implementation.

Knowledge of DB pension scheme valuations is required for the role, as is an understanding of the wider UK pensions landscape.

This role would suit an ambitious actuarial student with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who has career ambition.
