Joining our client at a period of dynamic growth, you will ensure its approach to pricing longevity risk is market appropriate, and that product offerings and processes are optimised.

You will also support the wider team across a range of actuarial outputs including: checking new business quotes; proposition and basis work; and further developing the firm's reputation on the global stage. 

In addition, you will flex your technical skills to support system development, ensuring the systems infrastructure is continually enhanced in order to drive efficiencies across the business.

A deep understanding of longevity swaps and in‑force management is therefore essential for the role, allowing you to ensure portfolio growth and profitability and help shape strategic decision‑making.

A qualified actuary (or actuary nearing qualification) with model development prowess (using Excel, VBA, R), the successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Relevant experience of the bulk annuity market and/or longevity swap pricing is also required.
