We are seeking a DC pensions consultant to support Trustee and Corporate clients across a wide range of Defined Contribution (DC) schemes.

You’ll work on DC governance, regulatory projects and scheme reviews, contribute to client meetings and reports, and manage workstreams end‑to‑end while supporting junior colleagues.

The role offers exposure to high‑quality client work, opportunities to lead projects end‑to‑end, and the chance to help shape new DC propositions in a fast‑growing team.

The successful candidate will have DC pensions experience, strong communication and IT skills and an interest in progressing their pensions qualification.

You may be part-way through PMI, FIA, FFA; or FCA approved advisor (e.g. CII or equivalent) qualifications; but we will consider those who are yet to start study but are keen to commence these.
