Are you a qualified non-life actuary with treaty business experience? Do you have demonstrable knowledge of the property (and ideally casualty) insurance space? Relish the opportunity to join a genuinely diverse firm with a strong culture of nurturing career progression?

Then this is the perfect role for you.

In this key role, you will cover the reserving of specific treaty classes (P&C lines of business), acting as the SME for pricing, risk assessment, and performance analysis for the Treaty Underwriting teams.

Working closely with underwriters, you will identify business growth opportunities in order to improve profitability, using your expert judgement to ensure that the risk is understood in those classes.

You will also update and document pricing models, while managing internal model parameterisation.

To be successful in the role, you will be skilled in understanding and digesting risk modelling results and feeding these into wider pricing reviews. Therefore, familiarity with RMS AAR models would be useful.

Confidence working with underwriters and building close relationships with underwriting teams is also required.

So what are you waiting for?

Apply now and continue to develop your career within an insurer which truly values employee growth and internal promotion.
