Are you a talented GI Pricing Manager from a Personal Lines pricing background, looking to make a difference within the Motor Retail Pricing team of a leading-edge and highly recognisable firm?

Supporting the continual improvement of behavioural models and supporting data feeds, you will be someone who thrives upon agile and collaborative working. 

Highly skilled in extracting and analysing data sources, you will use a range of modelling techniques to support the business with Pricing analysis and insight.

In addition, you will champion the testing of new techniques to ensure that the approach to model building and price optimisation remains market-leading.

With detailed knowledge and experience of modelling techniques (especially GLM and GBM), you will also be skilled in people management, having line management responsibilities as part of the role.

Prior experience of using insurance pricing and modelling software (e.g. Radar, Emblem) alongside knowledge of programming languages (e.g. SAS, SQL, R, Python) also required.
