Our client has an exciting vacancy for a part-qualified life actuary (or talented exam-stopper) to undertake a variety of different tasks including experience analyses and recommending valuation assumptions.

In this diverse opportunity, you will support the with-profits business, including providing recommendations on investment strategy and bonus rates.

You will also assist with the pricing of the annuity business and policy alteration terms.

In addition, you will develop and maintain actuarial models while supporting Asset Liability Management.

Highly numerate, the successful candidate will possess experience in data analyses coupled with the ability to investigate data problems independently.

Knowledge of Solvency II, Pillars I, II and III  alongside of Statutory reporting, UK GAAP and IFRS 9 & 17 would be desirable.
