We are recruiting for a permanent Defined Contribution Manager position covering the decisions that connect workplace pensions with people’s wider financial wellbeing.

The remit includes scheme strategy, investment policy, governance, member engagement and education. It also extends into wider reward strategy, financial coaching and auto-enrolment compliance.

You would be a lead contact for clients, managing day-to-day relationships and working with colleagues across related advisory disciplines.

The role is available across London and various other regional UK locations, with salary dependent on experience.
