Are you a technically-astute coding expert with detailed experience of the UK insurance market? Do you have extensive knowledge of systems and tools used within Pricing processes and actuarial modelling? Looking for for your next role within reinsurance pricing?

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a global reinsurer where you will be a key technical expert for processes and tools across the Pricing division.

Using your technical and coding expertise to both maintain existing toolsets and develop and implement new tools and processes, you will propose improvements to these to ensure that the firm is the most efficient it can be.

You will also provide technical input into the development of tools, including best practices on programming, development and testing. 

In addition, you will take a business lead role in the delivery of transformation projects, ensuring all parties involved are kept up-to-date and that projects are sufficiently resourced.

Strong programming skills with a required proficiency in Python is essential while familiarity with R, SQL, VBA, or similar languages would be an advantage. 

Prior experience in coding or developing tools is preferable.
