Are you an Administrator with a high level of manual benefit calculations experience and a number of years' pensions experience, looking for a technical role within a major UK pensions provider?
Then this is an exciting opportunity to ensure precision in pension calculations while refining processes.
Applying your excellent technical pensions knowledge and pension calculation expertise, you will review case work and processes, ensuring accuracy and quality.
You will also work as a team to conduct audits and quality assurance for set processes within the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution administration function, providing summary reports of your findings and making recommendations for improvements.
With a keen eye for detail and an inquisitive mind, the successful candidate will have the ability to continually notice opportunities for improvement to systems and processes.
You will also have a previous background of using Pension/Contribution systems alongside proficiency dealing with customers, both internal and external, on a regular basis.
In addition, you will be experienced in checking the work of other people.
An understanding of User Acceptance Testing of system changes and new calculation implementation is desirable (although training will be provided).
