In this niche area you can put your own stamp on the team. You will have 4 direct reports with c20 in your team (and hope to grow this to c25).

This role offers good career progression, exposure and opportunities to show leadership skills. 

The successful candidate will have people management experience and a proven track record of delivering technical projects (this doesn’t necessarily need to be GMP).

No need to worry that GMP may have a shelf life this client has a huge administration clients with no immediate intention to wind up so there is plenty of key data audit, benefit audit and process automation work. There is also exposure to buy-out.  

This role is available fully working from home (must be a UK resident) and part-time / flexible working options are available.
