With pioneering plans to leverage asset experience for competitive advantage and to utilise the with-profits fund as a source of capital, you will be stepping into a significant Director (or Associate Director) role at a point of dynamic change and exciting momentum.

Joining this rapidly expanding Team, you will be instrumental in driving the origination and execution of buy-ins, buyouts and other unique transaction structures.

 A high-profile position, your responsibilities will include:

• having oversight of origination and delivery of new bulk annuity and other de-risking opportunities;
• structuring transactions, pre-empting potential problems and developing pragmatic solutions;
• liaising with pricing, investment, longevity, capital & legal teams, driving high-impact, end-to-end delivery of projects and client propositions;
• championing innovative solutions to complex solutions within a competitive and constantly evolving market.

With a detailed understanding of BPA propositions and Solvency UK financial metrics, the successful candidate will have the ability to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a transaction.

You will also have well-honed interpersonal skills and a passion for nurturing and valuing talent and less experienced members of a team.

Knowledge of alternative de-risking, capital and reinsurance structures would be helpful.
