• Guarantee Compliance: Drive delivery across a diverse portfolio, ensuring all outcomes strictly meet regulatory standards and client expectations.

What we are looking for

• DB Administration Mastery: Extensive experience in UK Defined Benefit pensions administration, with a rock-solid grasp of complex benefit structures and calculations.
• Project & Consultative Track Record: Proven ability to manage projects using a collaborative, client-focused, and consultative approach.
• Technical Advantage: Direct knowledge of risk transfer projects and GMP equalisation is highly desirable.
• Professional Drive: Ideally, you are working toward (or want to pursue) your APMI qualification—though we highly value equivalent, hands-on market expertise.
