3. ·Supporting new business activity, tenders and pitches
4. ·Contributing to team growth, mentoring and broader market presence 

Ideal background:

1. ·Proven experience in DC pensions / investment consulting
2. ·Strong client-facing track record
3. ·Good understanding of DC governance, regulation and market trends
4. ·Qualified/part qualified (FIA / CFA) or close to
