Collaborating closely with the administration, IT and Change Management teams, you will identify challenges and implement required improvements.

You will also support the DB Product Manager with release planning, scheduling and delivery timelines while prioritising release content and ensuring high‑impact items are addressed.

Documenting and managing issues from User Acceptance Testing (UAT), you will additionally monitor product performance and use insights to guide future development.

With strong analytical, collaborative and problem‑solving skills, the successful candidate will have an understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Excellent documentation and communication skills are also a must-have.
